LIS has added a second dataset from South Africa to the LIS Database: South Africa 2010 (Wave VIII). This dataset is based on the National Income Dynamics Study (NIDS), and is from the Southern Africa Labour and Development Research Unit (SALDRU) of the University of Cape Town.

LIS has added two new datasets from Colombia to the LIS Database: Colombia 2007 (Wave VII) and Colombia 2010 (Wave VIII). The datasets are based on the Great Integrated Household Survey (GEIH), and are from the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE)
