India 2004 Added to the LIS Database
LIS is delighted to make available our first dataset from India. The 2004 India Human Development Survey (IHDS) has been added to Wave VI of the LIS Database. The IHDS was jointly organized by researchers from the University of Maryland (in the US) and the National Council of Applied Economic Research (in New Delhi). We thank our board members, Reeve Vanneman and Sonalde Desai, and their colleague Manjistha Banerji, for providing this dataset to LIS and for their invaluable technical assistance.
