Netherlands 2013 Added to the LIS Database

One new dataset from the Netherlands, NL13 (Wave IX) has been added to the LIS Database. The dataset is from the 2014 wave of the Survey on Income and Living Conditions (SILC) and carried out by Statistics Netherlands (CCBS).

In addition, three earlier Dutch LIS datasets (NL10,NL07 and NL04) have been revised for consistency (see revision notes).
