Andrej Cupak

Andrej obtained his PhD at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Slovak University of Agriculture. His main research interests are household financial decision-making and financial literacy, consumer behavior (predominantly food demand), survey data, and applied microeconometrics.

Prior to joining LIS, he worked as a researcher at the National Bank of Slovakia, where his main task was contribution to the Household Finance and Consumption Survey. He also held a short-term visiting research positions at the Austrian Central Bank, Middlesex University London, and the LICOS Centre for Institutions and Economic Performance (KU Leuven).
