REMARK about recoding :
Although the codes are based on years in education, we exeptionally carried out this recode.
The reason is that in other Norwegian datasets we have both the levels + years.
The frequency distribution corresponds quite well to 1991 and 1995. 
The original documentation of 1986 contains the same kind of education classification as for Norway 1991 and 1994.
