How to: JSI

How do I submit a job using the JSI?

The Job Submission Interface (JSI) is a secure Java application that allows researchers to:

  • Write and submit job requests
  • Review job requests and view corresponding outputs
  • Track the status of the job requests in process (“received”, “processing”, “set to review”, etc.)
  • Access the history of job requests

The Job Submission Interface can be launched from the LIS Website (Login to Lissy). Prior to running the JSI, you must first install the Java Runtime Environment (JRE 1.6+) on your computer.

Download the latest version of JRE.

Note: Administrator rights are required to install the JRE.
